Create a door lock low battery notification
- Log in to the Alarm.com app.
- Tap

- Tap Notifications.
- Tap

- Tap

- Tap System Event.
- Enter the desired name for the new notification rule.
- In Important, select A device has low battery.
- In Recipients, tap Add to add notification recipients.
- Tap to select your desired recipients from the Address Book, or add an unlisted recipient by tapping Add Contact.
- Tap Close.
- Verify the notification is configured with the correct settings.
- Tap Save.
Create a Lock Activity notification
- Log in to the Alarm.com app.
- Tap
- Tap Notifications.
- Tap

- Rename the rule.
- In When, tap to select the locks to be notified about.
- In Is, tap to select the lock action to be notified about.
Note: The notification will include the name of the lock that performed the desired action. If unlocked by a user code, the name of the user will also be included. For remote actions, the login name that performed the action on the lock will be included in the notification. - In During this time frame, tap to select when to receive notifications.
- At All Times will send a notification any time of day if the lock status changes.
- Only during the following times will specify specific days and times that the notifications will be sent.
- To add notification recipients, tap the Add.
- Tap to select the desired recipients from the Address Book, or add an unlisted recipient by clicking Add Contact.
- Tap Close.
- Verify the notification is configured with the correct settings.
- Tap Save.

- Log in to the Alarm.com app.

- In When any of these locks, tap to select the locks to be notified about.
- In Is Left Unlocked, select either of the following:
- For this duration to select the number of minutes the door must be left open to receive the notification.
- When select people cross a Geo-Fence to select when specific users enter or exit a location.
- In During this time frame, select either of the following:
- At All Times will send a notification any time of day if the lock is left unlocked.
- Only during the following times to select specific days and times that the notifications will be sent.
- In Recipients, tap Add to add notification recipients.
- Tap to select the desired recipients from the Address Book, or add an unlisted recipient by tapping New.
- Tap Close.
- Verify the notification is configured with the correct settings.
- Tap Save.

Factory Reset
Note: Once the lock is reset, it may need to be re-included in your control system. Perform the Inclusion process again to add the lock back into your network and controller.
1) Remove battery pack.
2) Press and HOLD the Program button while reinserting the battery pack. Keep holding the button for 30 seconds until the status LED flashes red.
3) Press the Program button once more. When the LED flashes green, the lock has been reset.
* Note: A quick way to determine that the lock has been reset is to press the Lock button while the door is open. If the latch bolt does not extend to lock, then the lock has been successfully reset.

- Log in to the Alarm.com app.
- Tap

- Tap to select the user to manage lock access.
- If the user has not yet been created, tap

- If the user has not yet been created, tap
- Tap

- In Access Code, enter the user’s desired code.
- Tap to toggle which devices to grant access to.
- Tap Save. Allow a few minutes for the changes to send to the lock.
- If the user should only have access to the devices during specific times, tap Time to select the user’s access period to the device. Once the desired access period is selected, tap Save.
